A few weeks ago there was a piece on the news about what a scam my work is. According to the newsman we aren't doing anything but sleeping and playing tic-tac-toe at work.
Not true. A couple of months ago we didn't have much work to do. By the time the night shift got in the day shift had usually finished all the work for the day.
Show offs.
But now we're all busy all the time. We're so busy they're letting us work overtime Saturday & Sunday.
We're so busy I'm even working in my sleep. Not sleeping at work, actually working in my sleep. I woke up last night and remember thinking I needed to hurry up & get back to sleep so I could finish the file I was working on.
Now that's dedication.
