They changed the rules at work again. They finally came to their senses about saying 'thank you' before you say anything. It sounds good in theory, but in reality it sucks. It makes you sound like an idiot. 'Thank you. Hello.' 'Thank you, how can I help you?' Thank you, let me look that up.'
