Feel The Beat
The other day on NPR there was an interview with a doctor that teaches CPR. He said that it's very important to get the rhythm right when you do chest compressions. 100 compressions per minute. If you push down too slow you don't build up enough pressure to circulate the blood, but if you push too fast the blood doesn't have time to get into the heart. It's like Goldilocks & the 3 Bears. You have to do it just right.
To help people keep the beat he looked for a song with the same rhythm, and found two.
If you like they guy, sing Staying Alive by the BeeGees.
If you don't, sing Another One Bites the Dust by Queen.
